We provide Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations for commercial drivers in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) guidelines. Our certified medical examiner performs a comprehensive evaluation to ensure drivers meet federal health standards for safe operation of commercial motor vehicles.
The exam includes:

Drivers who meet requirements will receive a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT card) at the time of the visit.
